The Trinity Guarantee

Properly built wheels should never break spokes. If your wheels are a wise combination of hubs, spokes and rims and the builder took the time to build them correctly, then they should be the most dependable component on your bike. I guarantee wheels that I build. This means that if you break a spoke on a wheel that I built I will fix it for free. Assuming that the spoke didn't break because you hit a parked car, or you weigh the same as a Cowboys lineman and are ridding wheels that weigh 1300 grams, which I wouldn't have guaranteed anyways.

Pricing

The price of any wheelset that I build is the sum of the rims hubs, spokes and labor. The labor charge for a wheelbuild is $30. However, if the wheelset is going on a bike that I am building for you then I will waive the labor charge. I have no problem building wheels from parts that were bought elsewhere by the customer, but please note that I will not guarantee them.
